PHYSICAL IMPORTANCE
1 Tim 4:8
“For physical training
is of some value, but godliness has value for all things, holding promise for
both the present life and the life to come.”
venidera.”
INTRO:
It isn’t saying that physical exercise is not important, what it is
saying is that godliness training is above all.
The Apostle Paul talked about: 1) Runners; 2) Soldiers; 3) Athletes; and
4) hardworking farmers.

KNOWING
HOW TO BALANCE THE THINGS IN LIFE
A.
We need to learn how to face
life’s situations
i.
Mat. 6:33, 34 “But
seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given
to you as well. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry
about itself.
Each day has enough trouble of its own.”
II.
KNOWING HOW TO REST OUR BODIES
IN MIDST OF CRISIS
A.
1 Kings 19:6, 7 “He
looked around, and there by his head was a cake of bread baked over hot coals,
and a jar of water. He ate and drank and then lay down again. The angel of the
Lord came back a second time and touched him and said, “Get up
and eat, for the journey is too much for you.”
III.
KNOWING THAT WE ARE MADE IN THE
IMAGE OF GOD -Gn.

We demonstrate God to those that
don’t know Him

We live according to our
appreciation of live
