LOS RESULTADOS EN SERVIR A JEHOVA

 

2 Reyes 18:5, 6 “En Jehová Dios de Israel puso su esperanza; ni después ni antes de él hubo otro como él entre todos los reyes de Judá. 6Porque siguió a Jehová, y no se apartó de él, sino que guardó los mandamientos que Jehová prescribió a Moisés.”

I.                   LO QUE SE NECESITA PARA SERVIR A JEHOVA

A.     Esperanza

1)Is. 43:1, 2 “Ahora, así dice Jehová, Creador tuyo, oh Jacob, y Formador tuyo, oh Israel: No temas, porque yo te redimí; te puse nombre, mío eres tú. 2Cuando pases por las aguas, yo estaré contigo; y si por los ríos, no te anegarán. Cuando pases por el fuego, no te quemarás, ni la llama arderá en ti.”

But now, this is what the LORD says— he who created

you, O Jacob, he who formed you, O Israel: “Fear not,

for I have redeemed you; I have summoned you by

name; you are mine.  When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze.

B.     Seguir a Jehova

1)Luc 9:62 “Y Jesús le dijo: Ninguno que poniendo su mano en el arado mira hacia atrás, es apto para el reino de Dios.”

Jesus replied, “No one who puts his hand to the plow and looks back is fit for service in the kingdom of God.”

II.                LO QUE SE DEBE SEGUIR HACIENDO

A. Todo lo pasado ponerlo atras

1)2 Cron 32:3  “tuvo consejo con sus príncipes y con sus hombres valientes, para cegar las fuentes de agua que estaban fuera de la ciudad; y ellos le apoyaro”

he consulted with his officials and military staff about blocking off the water from the springs outside the city, and they helped him.

            B. Edificar los muros caidos – Las Armaduras

                1) 2 Cron 32:5 “edificó Ezequías todos los muros caídos
                   Then he worked hard repairing all the broken sections of

       the wall

C. E hizo alzar las torres – La Oracion

     1)2 Cron 32: 5 “e hizo alzar las torres,”

        “ and building towers on it”

D. Otro muro por fuera – Mas dedicacion

1)      2 Cron 32: 5 “otro muro por fuera;”

   “ He built another wall outside that one”

E. Fortifico – Ayudarnos uno a otro

1)      “fortificó además a Milo en la ciudad de David,

“and reinforced the supporting terraces of the City of David.”

F. Hacer mas de lo que tenemos

1)      “también hizo muchas espadas y escudos”

“He also made large numbers of weapons and shields.”

 

III.             LO QUE EL ENEMIGO VA TRATAR DE HACER

A.     2 Reyes 18:19

IV.              LO QU DEBEMOS SEGUIR HACIENDO

A.      Ir a la Casa de Dios – 2 Kings 19:2

B.     Seguir yendo a la Casa de Dios – 2 Reyes 19:14

C.     Tener Confianza siempre en Dios  - 2 Reyes 32:7

D.     No tener miedo – 32:7

E.      Ver con los ojos espirituales 32:7

F.      Jehova esta con nosotros – 32:7

G.     El nos ayuda

 

 

CONCLUSION:

Esforzaos y animaos; no temáis, ni tengáis miedo del rey de Asiria, ni de toda la multitud que con él viene; porque más hay con nosotros que con él. 8Con él está el brazo de carne, mas con nosotros está Jehová nuestro Dios para ayudarnos y pelear nuestras batallas. Y el pueblo tuvo confianza en las palabras de Ezequías rey de Judá.
